IPSA is teaming up with TechBirmingham on the “Birmingham TechReach”:http://www.ipsaonline.org/techreach program. TechReach helps to connect students with volunteer speakers who demonstrate that technology is not just about playing games, sending IMs, and listening to an IPod.
TechReach speakers talk about their job and how they use technology to be creative, productive, and make a living. They also show that Technology affects many career paths that include Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Information Technology, Chemistry, Health, and the Arts.
