Brian M. Rabon, CSM, CSP, MSEE, PMP is the President of The Braintrust Consulting Group, a provider of project management solutions for a wide range of software related projects. Brian holds a BS in Computer Science from Auburn University and a MSEE from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is an avid author, blogger (http://blog.yourpmpartner.com), and speaker at conferences, professional organizations, and user groups. Brian loves teaching and is an Adjunct Instructor for UAB’s Information Engineering and Management Program, a contract instructor for Solutions Cube Group, and a course designer for Samford University. Brian gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for TechBirmingham and as VP of Programs for PMI Birmingham.
